Terms of Order and Cancellation

Booking and Payment

Reservations are made through the online store. A booking is confirmed once the payment has been made in full. All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings are binding and cannot be cancelled or modified. Payments are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show.

Weather Conditions

Weather conditions do not entitle the customer to a refund. If safety is compromised, the service provider reserves the right to cancel the booking, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for the rented equipment for the entire rental period and agrees to use it carefully and according to the given instructions. Any damages or loss may be charged accordingly.

Service Provider’s Rights

The service provider reserves the right to cancel a booking due to force majeure. In such cases, the full amount paid will be refunded.

Complaints

Any complaints must be reported immediately on site or no later than 7 days after the service has been used.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes will primarily be resolved through negotiation.
